OVERCOMING GRADUATION Ep. 53 Bryan Teare: Founder and Host of The Quarter Life Comeback

At just 27 years old Bryan Teare is on a mission to help young adults discover what “lights them up” and guide them in making a massive impact on the world. After a short time in a corporate job as an engineer, Bryan recognized he was quickly falling into a routine that didn’t resemble the dream life in his mind. His family had even begun to notice that he was not his normal happy, cheery self. Then at a costume party in 2014, he had a game-changing realization. Shortly after he handed in his resignation at work with no “Plan B” or idea of what he would do once he left this career. He went on to travel, work as a personal trainer, blogger, male model, coach, and now is a podcaster with his show, The Quarter Life Comeback.

In today’s interview Bryan will discuss:

– What sparked him to quit his job with no “Plan B” and how he knew it was the right step for him to take

– What he heard in one conversation that drove him to hand in his letter of resignation 30 minutes later

– How travel changed his life forever and some of the benefits you can expect from taking your own adventures

– How fear of disapproval can keep us from having the most important conversations in our lives

– Why it is so critical to seek out mentors and how you can get started finding mentors in your life without making a large financial investment

– What is “Conscious Capitalism” and why it is so important to the way we are reshaping the world

And so much more!
