THE RESULTS FROM MY 6 MONTH FITNESS CHALLENGE

The first major challenge I took on as a part of Overcoming Graduation was a 6 month fitness challenge working to lose weight and take control of my health again.

Thanks to help from my amazing coach and mentor, Peter Scott IV, I was supported through all kinds of challenges, traveling, and various other ups and downs to get this final result. This challenge ended right around December last year so it is long overdo but here it is!

I am happy to say that although my weight and fitness has fluctuated since the end of the challenge I still have been consistent with exercising and eating right and when I start slipping, I get myself back on track using everything Peter has taught me.

Anyone reading this remember it is a process, you don’t need to be perfect, just work to be a better you each day and step by step you can make your vision a reality! You will get challenges thrown your way but you can overcome anything with the right mindset.
