Overcoming Graduation Ep. 57 Having Trouble Celebrating? Me Too. And a Belated Happy Father’s Day to my Dad

In today’s episode, I go deep into the pain of the loss of my mom, how I allowed that to push me to a point of not celebrating (largely due to guilt), and what I am doing to take back the celebrations of life that I know my mom would want me to have every moment of every day.

Have you noticed that you are having difficulty celebrating? Maybe you are celebrating but not feeling the joy and the elation inside that you would generally feel. If so, I have been dealing with that on and off for two years. It took Father’s Day for me to recognize that something was off and to reflect to try and understand why celebrating had become so difficult for me. If this resonates with you, today’s episode was made just for you.

In today’s episode I’ll discuss:

– How the passing of my mom led me down a road to feeling guilty for celebrating life and what I am doing to feel the celebrations and gratitude again

– How to feel when something is off and what you can do to reach inside yourself to bring out the truth

– The hard work it takes to discover your truths and the freedom that resides on the other side of your fear

– Why my dad is one of my life’s greatest heroes and why I am so proud and inspired by his journey after losing the most amazing and wonderful person in his life

No promotion today guys, this one is from the heart. I love you all and hope this can help you to celebrate and find more gratitude in each and every moment of every day.

I love you mom, thank you for everything you did for me, everything you continue to do for me, and the guidance you gave that continues to steer my footsteps every day.
