The story we've all heard...

I remember growing up and being told the same story over and over. It was a formula for a happy life and it went something like this:

Go to School --> Go to College --> Get a Job

That was it! Simple and sweet. A part of me always believed that if I followed this simple formula, life would take care of itself. Once I had checked those boxes, I could sit back and relax as I effortlessly found, purpose, passion, a mission, and that the hard part was over.

As you may have guessed, that's not how the story actually went.

I graduated from school and came into this "real world" thinking I was prepared and realized I had no idea where to begin. I had so many questions and what seemed like no concrete answers. From the basics of starting a life in a new city and making friends as an adult to the deeper questions about finding purpose and how to overcome depression, anxiety, and loss.

So I embarked on a journey to seek out answers and learn from some of the most incredible minds on the planet. Through books, podcast, videos, coaching programs, mentorship, and more I have found some amazing answers and even more questions.
